Making a bequest to the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation is a beautiful way to pass on your values to your family and the community. With a planned bequest, you’ll leave a lasting, optimistic impression as you support future generations. Help sow the seeds of hope for a healthier future for the children of Sainte-Justine. You also become a member of our Future Fund.
Already written a will?
You can easily include the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation in it by means of a codicil. This document allows you to modify your will without rewriting it. Do not hesitate to contact your notary for more information on this subject.
Does your will include a donation to the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation?
Contact us to let us know your intentions and allow us to thank you for this generous gesture. Your pledge will remain confidential if that is your wish. Communicating your commitment to us in no way deprives you of the right to change your wishes at any time, without having to notify us.
Are you the liquidator of an estate in which a bequest is intended for the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation?

Life insurance donation
Naming the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy is a way to make a considerable donation by spending only a fraction of the amount. You pay the annual premiums, and on your death, the Foundation receives the insured capital.
Tax credits are granted every year to you or to your estate on your death, depending on the method chosen:
- You remain the owner of the life insurance policy
- The CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation becomes the owner of the life insurance policy
- You surrender an existing life insurance policy
Circle of Recognition for Visionary Donors

The Jardin Céleste
To salute the loyalty and exceptional commitment of the people who have chosen to pass on their values as a legacy to ensure the sustainability of Sainte-Justine: such is the goal of our Jardin Céleste. It is a magnificent and serene place located in an indoor garden of the new Special Care Unit.
Accessible from level 1 of the Atrium, its gigantic tree, with foliage falling from the sky, makes the space sparkle with multiple colours.
