Since 2006, an immense wave of love for the children and families of Sainte-Justine has swept across Quebec every February, as we celebrate the Mois des Câlins. Year after year, the community is invited to show their support for the hospital’s commitment to excellence by purchasing one of 30,000 Rose Câlins Lip Perfectors by Clarins, available exclusively through Jean Coutu. Half of the proceeds from these sales will go toward helping young patients and mothers-to-be at Sainte-Justine.

Thanks to the public’s enthusiastic support of the campaign and our loyal partners at Rythme, Jean Coutu and Clarins, close to $6 million has been raised since the Mois des Câlins was first launched. These funds make it possible to leverage every opportunity to advance pediatric care, now and in the future. This sure sign of confidence is comforting for families like nine-year-old Milane’s, and empowering for the healthcare professionals at Sainte-Justine, encouraging them to grow beyond what they once thought possible and provide an ever-higher level of care.

With your help, the teams at Sainte-Justine have everything they need to push forward toward new frontiers.
When a child is admitted to Sainte-Justine, multiple resources are activated to make the patient journey as efficient and as seamless as possible. Your generous donations to the 18th annual Mois des Câlins campaign will help make sure each young patient receives condition-appropriate care.

Our drawing contest is back!
Every year, budding artists aged 5 to 12 from across the province are invited to submit their drawings to the Dessine-moi un câlin contest and show their love for the children and families of Sainte-Justine. In addition to the honour of having their artwork featured on the Clarins Rose Câlins Lip Perfector packaging during the following year’s campaign, the winner is awarded a $1,000 gift card to a book and toy store (or the equivalent).

The 11th annual Dessine-moi un câlin contest is on!
The CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, in collaboration with Rythme, Jean Coutu and Clarins, is delighted to once again invite 5- to 12-year-olds residing in Quebec to open their heart and share their talent during the Mois des Câlins.
But don’t dawdle! All drawings must be sent by February 15, 2024, at the latest. Additional details and full contest rules are available online.
