Thanks to your generous support, the Sainte-Justine Tree of Lights campaign has been making the holidays brighter since 2008. And for the third year running, the Youth Tree of Lights campaign kicked off our seasonal fundraiser thanks to the participation of students from 38 private schools and their loved ones.
The goal – Decorate Sainte-Justine’s Tree of Lights all the way to the top with holiday bulbs sold $5 each.
The cause – Help Sainte-Justine shape the future of pediatric care and support the hospital’s Social Services Department, which provides assistance to families in precarious situations due to illness.
The inspiration – Join in to support and comfort the children, families, and caregivers who will be spending the holidays at the hospital.
The people – Over 35,700 people donated across Quebec.
The fundraising target – Illuminate the tree with 450,000 bulbs to spark hope and raise $2.25 million.
The final tally – Over 668,000 bulbs sold, raising over $3.4 million.
